I am the administrator of a forum. I have made a user as moderator. But he tells me that he does not have an option even to delete a post. If there is one, tell me.
Also Tell me the powers of a moderator in this type of forums.

And is there a way to delete a user? If yes please teach me. Because I created a dummy user name in my forum to check the moderator problem. But im unable to delete it. Please help me dude.
It may take a few hours for the '+' to appear near a members name on the site. The 'more actions' drop down should have two options for moderators, 'mark as spam' and 'delete'. The 'more options' drop down can be found next to the reply link on the Juice and Simple Themes, we have yet to add it to the Classic Theme.
Moderators have the following permissions:
* Delete or Mark posts as SPAM
* Change the category of a thread
* Make posts sticky (and remove sticky)
* Cannot see the admin panel
We'll add a description of their permissions to the admin panel soon to clear up any confusion.
As for spam bots, we're building out features across all of lefora to protect your forum from bots - thereby saving you time 'moderating your forum'.
We'll be adding 'ban' features soon, we're continuing to add to functionality, we're just doing it in incremental steps.
Thankyou Chief. Please prioritize that ban thing first. Im in great need of it. Because I have created a forum for making my friends stay together even after many years. SO there may be a problem created by any of the user. So inorder to impose restrictions to that user an admin needs that. Anyway thank you for answering my question.
Where can I find the e-mail addresses of the members?
Hi, for privacy reasons, we don't expose the email address of the members (even to admins). However, you can message all or some of them via lefora. For individual messages, you can send them a PM through their profile. For a message to all members, you can send them an announcement through the admin panel.
In both cases, they'll get a notification in their email that you've sent them a message.

2 You could keep a ledger of members and their email when they first request to join.
3 My forumis set private soI must approve them and when they first join u see their address I don't know with a public forum..
I would suggest noting in your forum rules that admin retains right to know email address but won't be given out or what ever u want it to say.
As far as people comment on navigation I'd say just keep at it and search and u will figure it out. I did and had no previous experience. I've about figured it out in a few hours. hope to upgrade topremium later.
