i'd like to know the same thing, i sometimes need to get rid of members that keep posting spam or whatever. is there a way i can terminate their account, since i'm the only admin?

If you look around on support forums. They are going to add a ban feature but not a deltete feature but it will accomplish same goal I think. They are still developing software. They need to have you able to look at profiles and delete them for non existing members in your guild.

I hawe only 2 action what i can do here:
1) Add them as Administrator
2) Add them as Moderator
This is nonsens! And if i mark post as spam, it only delate post but dont change their forum status...
Ban option is bettar than nothing...

how long until thi sfeature will be ready!?!?? i have some bad members on my site that i wouldn't mind banning.
i've been threatening to ban members since i started my site, even though i knew that i couldn't! i figured out only one way to get rid of a member and that is to get their password and then go on their dashboard and make them leave the site.

We are working on a 'ban' member feature
If people are posting 'spam', you should mark their posts as 'spam' under the More Actions drop down on each post. That will teach our system what is spam and what isn't spam and prevent them from posting in the future.
If any members are causing a serious problem in your forum, please email us with your username, forum name, their username, and the inappropriate posts they are making.

I get the spamming problem and have now taken care of that on my site, but the members on my site are almost all tenagers that attend my school and i try to protect them from like, creepy people, by scanning who enters my site. If i don't know u, u don't join. Recently my problem has been the fact that i've been guesing who the members are, and if i guess wrong, i accidently accept some members who post stupid stuff and sort of ruin the closure and mood on my forum. Those i guess are sort of the people i want to get rid of, because my forum is growing and i seem to be guessing wrong more.All i can do is hope i don't except the wrong people, otherwise the results are bad.
That's why baning bad members would be convenient....

Also, so you know, when members sign up, they can type a private message, so you know who it is. You could ask the people you trust to type a phrase in the form so you know who to approve and who to ignore.
