Basically I am looking for a person who can teach a complete idiot (namely me) how to use CSS from the ground up. If this is you than please explain. This could also be quite useful for anyone else who doesn't get CSS and is interested in learning.

It's a very complex process, I believe. There's a post about it somewhere by the chief. However, I would be interested in finding out more about it.
