Full membership controls are schduled for later this summer (they are the current priority).

You cannot view members emails currently for privacy reasons.

You can message a specific member via the private messages system, and if they have notifications enabled they will recive an email making them aware of the message.

If you wanted the emails for varification puposes, then the best option currently is to require them to type a specific message in join request form.
Smoother ways to solve this problem are in consideration.

also, we can ban members for you, just send an email to feedback@lefora.com with your request (until the feature is in place on your admin panel.)

You can now remove members via your 'Memberships' tab on the Forum Admin panel:
