We get a lot of questions on support, which is great - we like helping the community and we love to hear your feedback.
However, to ensure this support forum is easy for everybody to read and browse through, we have a few rules that we ask you follow. If you don't, we may have to delete your post.
1. Please start topics with relevant titles in the Subject field. Rather then 'Help i have a problem', it should be 'How to I add a photo...'
2. Please browse or search through the forum to see if your question has already been answered.
3. Please be explicit with any questions or issues you have. Include URLs (web addresses) to your forum where appropriate.
4. Don't excessive post with 'thanks' and 'awesome', that's what the thumbs up and down are for, just click it so everybody knows.
If you follow these rules, you'll make our lives easy to answer support questions and keep with our great response times.
