I have allot of links I want to put up. When I get to a certain point while adding links, it pushes the widget box in the admin panel past the bottom of my screen with no scroll bar. I am unable to see the save button and what not at the bottom, unless I remove some links.

thanks, that's a bug on Internet Explorer that will be fixed, in the meantime, you can either add multiple link widgets, or upgrade your browser to the free Firefox (www.firefox.com). It's more standards complaint then IE and is supported by google.

ohh, my bad, we recently changed around the admin panel and you can only add one 'weblinks' widget.
.
however, you're in luck, you can use the 'Custom HTML' widget to create links, for this, you just need to know html, I've provided an example that you can use for your links:
.
<a href="http://WEBSITE-ADDRESS.com">WEBSITE-NAME</a><br />
.
If you modify WEBSITE-ADDRESS and WEBSITE-NAME for each link, you'll be all set. That <br /> at the end tells the next link to go on a new line.
