Has anyone encountered this. A user reports that they click on "Change Your Photo," but nothing happens. It says "Done" at the bottom of his screen, but that is it. It does not let him search for a photo or anything even remotely like that.
Should I ask him about blocking popups? The version of his browser?
Happened to a couple of my members because they were using macs (with safari)and when the turned to firefox it seemed to work better, and the opther one they had XP basic and it didnt work like it was suppoed to
it works for me on firefox and safari on a mac.
If they are having problems, it's probably best to send them to this thread so we can diagnose directly with them. thanks.

Hi spiderz-web, i see you have an avatar uploaded, maybe there was javascript issues or some plugin causing a conflict on your machine?
That's an old avatar that I want to replace with another.

I cant change my avatar picture although I have been able to previously..what is happening now is the box doesnt come up the screen far enough for me to see and click on Save.

mine works ok. can you post a screen of what you're seeing?
Apparently I am not seeing all the avatars nor the the save option. That might be it. Any hints as to why?
the upload our own photo doesn't work either. Can't post the page. sorry. avatar option only shows partway and NO save option shows.
browser? os? flash up to date?
IE 7, XP pro, and Flashplayer 11. probably
Tried to change the avatar pix again today, still having the problem of not being about to pull up the save button. Other than that, I'm lovin' it!

Use the 'PrtSc' button to copy your desktop to the clipboard and then paste it into your favourite image editing app.
This is what I see, are you not seeing the 'Save' button here?

I am seeing what you see EXCEPT for the last 3/4 inch of the overlay. Scrolling doesn't work to move it. It's frozen where it appears.
