How about a clickable email option on the Pending list?

It would be a real time saver if the email addys of those waiting in Pending were clickable.   , We correspond with all our applicants before approving them, and copying and pasting each individual addy from pending  into individual emails is time consuming.  It would be more useful if we could just click the addy and have our email composer pop up, already filled out with that person's addy.
