Is there a way to have a screen on the sign in page for new members signing up that would have the rules of conduct or whatever guidelines posted for that particular forum, that the new member would have to accept to be granted access to the forum?

Thank you for posting this request. I too would like to see this, as I provide adult oriented dating advice, and my attorney has instructed me to only allow people that are 18 or older on the message board.

For rules of conduct, there is no way to force an agreement during signup, maybe something we'd consider in the future, but we're working on having a special page that is introduced to new members in a better fashion that it is now (which is just a sticky post)

as for adult content, we're building out a special page for sites that have 18 and over content to which a person has to agree that they are indeed an adult, so that should help you jdog.
