Forum Categories on sidebar

Can the main categories in the sidebar be bold or colored? Or maybe a drop down for easier navigation.
Ye that's really a great idea. I would apprectiate that. Because the more cats you have in your forum, the longer the sidebar will become ..!
on the sidebar, we automatically bold the category you're currently in (becomes helpful to know where you are).
If the category list is so long, it's probably best to just direct them to the main category view (the forum tab) and leave out the category listing. (you could use the html widget to link to it from the sidebar in addition to the header tab)
