I have posted about this without response from Support. But here goes again. I had made a member for testing the Moderator edit function. At first it seemed to work but was still getting feed back that one of my Forum Moderators was unable to edit. I tested this again with a ersatz Moderator created for the task. After waiting for a hour I get the following message (see image). Why is there a time limit for Moderators? Can this be removed? I consider this important and would really like a response. I realize Lefora is busy and I do respect this. I do feel that some explanation would be in order.

All members have a time-limit, that cannot be changed. Only forum admins can edit their posts indefinitely, not moderators, that may change in the future. We do this to preserve speech in threads and make sure the context of replies isn't changed. We'll add more options around appending to previous posts in the future.
