deleting forums how!!

It says the deletion button will be missing for a few weeks in december, its still missing, how do I delete the forum i no longer want??
there's a difference between deleting a user account (temporary not available) and deleting or abandoning a forum. If your forum has members and other posts, it can only be abandoned to allow somebody else in the community to step up and take it over.
