MSN Importer Questions
Hi,
I used the MSN Importer for one of my MSN groups. I am not sure what to do now -- I only set up a URl in the group. I am afraid that I wil mess up the transfer by using the group lefora options. I do not even want to go in unless I am sure it is okay to do so.
May I have a different User Name for each group and the same e-mail acct? - I was not sure so I picked a USER name to reflected the first group I used the MSN importer for.
The groups are co-owned. I wanted to know before I use the importer for our other groups.
I and fellow managers of our MSN group just recently discovered Lefora. We letting others MSN managers know about your wonderful place.

You may have a different username for each group, but you cannot have different usernames to one email address, you will have to use different email addresses.
If you submitted your group through the www.movemsngroups.com form, then somebody should have gotten back to you within 2 business days, if they did not, please email me at 'chief -at- lefora.com'

Have you received any emails from us yet? If so, send a reply to that email address so that we can look you up in our system. If not, please post your group here and I'll investigate.

I choose Lefora because you had this migration tool to save our Group.
It has been over two weeks now, no content has been moved.
I would like some assurance that I've made the correct choice, we are running out of time here.
I have written MSN Groups support begging for the deletion date to be extended, to which they replied, "We have no plans to extend the deadline".
Yes, I received email confirmation of my request via Vincent.
I created the new address and we corresponded again on 2/5/2009.

The best way to get a status update, is to send an email to the rep that first contacted you, I will have them contact you now.

I needed to thank you for saving our SilverKing and Plymouth Tractor (MSN Site) Forum!
I had populated the categories myself, since the deadline for Groups deletion was at hand. Several days passed, then all the messages magically had the correct submittor's name and date on every post!
It looks great, a very very B I G thanks to both you, and to Vincent Lauria, for making this happen for us.
