Can mods ban people?

A mod cannot warn or ban people (though that will be changing in the future when we create more tools for mods and admins.)  Mods have equal control across all categories and that cannot be set at this point either.

what is the difference btwn administrators and mods?  I founded my site on msn groups and have 3 other managers.  What job title do I give them so that they can ban or do what I do when I am not on line?

Moderators can delete posts and flag posts as spam, they do not have access to the admin panel.  Admins have full control.

We'll be adding more functions to mods later this year.
