PREMIUM SERVICE
Admins of my board are very interested in a premium service.
Some things we would like to see:
1) Control of all ad's and ad space.
2) Control of the View Mark area ads.
3) True moderator and admin functions.
4) Ability to upload custom smileys
5) Ability to give users ranks
6) Ability to give moderators control over specific areas of the forum, not a blanket.
7) Ability to customize moderator and administrator permissions.
8) Possible add another bar to the left?
9) Greater control over colors and layouts. For us with no CSS (or is it CCS?) experience, its hard to make changes without screwing it all up. Like the current sidebar is too narrow. It really should be at least 400-500 wide. Most widgets get cut off, and when you try to compensate the whole sidebar becomes a mess.
I am sure there are other features I would pay for. Some need to be in the free version as well, but thats up to the "Kings of Lefora".

1 & 2), adding your own ads is something we'll have in the future for larger forums, if your admin wants to talk more about it, he can email me at 'chief -at- lefora.com'
3) what do you feel is missing?
4 & 5) give our Product Roadmap & Known Issues a read
6 & 7) maybe in the future, but for now we've opted for simplicity here rather then more fine tuned control and haven't heard of too many issues because of it. Our philisophy is too keep things simple yet server 95% of the needs of admins in order to keep lefora easy to use.

I am the admin, so we'll talk on #1&2.
On #3, I would like to give a moderator admin type functions of certain categories of topics, or topics. This way they can moderate a certain area of the forum (clean up old posts etc).

6&7: Love simple, maybe a on/off option in the admin panel for a feature like this? Probably a pain in the ass on the back end, but would really be one of those "cool" features that seperates you from the rest.
