Collapsible Code Block

I'd like a way to make a collapsible block to put a section of code in that recognizes most basic coding languages.  Here's an example of a forum with it: http://www.rmxp.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=61486&p=603733#p603733
The second post is like what I'm talking about.  How the code block collapses and still sets up the code in the basic format of that particular coding language.
