New themes

I feel a few of the themes are all variations on a theme (pardon the pun). CMYK, Simple, and Juice, to me, are all the same cake but with different icing. And the colour of some of the icing is horrendous - does anyone actually use CMYK by choice?  I would like to see a twin sidebar version of the Classic theme.

I believe that Chief had mentioned some changes to Themes. A few weeks back I had suggested a more generic Theme (Support in Feature requests) wherein you could add your own elements. He said there was some stuff in the works at that time. I expect the issues with the mail servers and Editor as well as the MSN transfers is running the Lefora folks ragged to pull every thing together.

As for color of some of the Themes, I agree that some of the defaults are truly horrendous IMHO. Though I will say I have seen them used by many Forums without alterations that can be done through css. As you know, you do not need to stick to the colors the Theme sets, you are free to modify.

thanks guys. yeah theres a couple i would never use for fear of any epilleptic members would have seizures just by looking at it (CMYK).

Well, how do we add the themes to the forum?

Pop on over to HackYour.lefora.com for some themes... Although I don't think I have any for the Juice theme...
