Not seeing control function on membership page
I am founder of a new forum - one which will be private as we organize our group. I have just set it up and trying to grasp how it operates. There is no drop down selection box on the membership page that allows for any action other than "warn" - which shows as a text link. I use the latest Firefox browser, but I also tried MSIE with the same result.
Also, I'm not finding any way to moderate posts. Am I just not looking in the right place or...?
What are you looking for that you're not finding? You can promote a member to 'admin' through that drop down box. There are links off to the side for removing a member. After you warn them, an option for 'banning' appears.
Founder, Admins and Moderators assigned by the Admin Panel > Members > Members have the ability to Mark individual posts as SPAM, Or Move or Delete them. Each post will have a little drop down box in the top next to the thumbs symbols.
Posts can only be edited by those that create them, for members there is a 15 minute window after posting for Founder, Admins and Moderators they can edit their posts from the same drop down box mentioned above.
