New Feature - Improved Private Messaging

We've made big improvements on the Private Messaging functionality of Lefora.  We listened to your feedback about the confusing menu navigation and the inability to do bulk actions such as delete.  We've incorporated these changes into a brand new mail system that I think is a radical improvement over messaging in any forum.

Private messages will now act as a 'thread' of a conversation, so you can see the whole chain of responses in one view, just like a topic on lefora.

We'll be upgrading your forum on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.  The upgrade will happen automatically - once again, the advantage of lefora is that you don't have to worry about installing mods or patches.

Please Note: As this is a fundamental new messaging system, your current PMs will be unavailable for the next few days as we migrate them from the old system to the new system.  So starting Wednesday or Thursday, the new PM system will work for all new messages sent but PMs sent prior to the change will be unavailable for a few days - they are not deleted - they are just undergoing a migration and you'll see them return by mid next week.

IF YOU HAVE ANY IMPORTANT PMs THAT YOU NEED ACCESS TO OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS, PLEASE COPY THEM TO A TEXT DOCUMENT.  They will be unavailable for a few days, but will come back online mid next week.

Another new addition, will be the requirement to select a forum to send the PM within.  This will help avoid another issue we've heard about here on support - banned members sending PMs within your forum when they're no longer a member.  Now, if they have been removed from a forum, the forum won't be available in their drop down, so they won't be able to send a message to anybody within the forum.

Coming in the future - the ability to send a message to multiple members (or mods), by using commas between their names.
