All the posts are written in a pretty small text size. I know that I can change the fonts to a few others, but am I able to increase the font size?

If you're a forum Admin then you can change the posted text size in the CSS section of the Admin Settings. Head over to hackyour.lefora.com for guidance on the theme you're using, the CSS is slightly different between themes.
The size of the text in the text editor cannot be changed in this way as it has to wrk the same for all fora and themes. However, you can change the DEFAULT FONT setting in your browsers FONT setup. I set mine to Arial 12pt and it's nice and clear when typing.
