Just substitute your calendar for the chatbox.

I'd like to do the same and can indeed add a calendar but I can't get the events file to fire so no-one can add or change the events. Might be the widget but have tried several which look to a calendar file and they don't work on the forum.

I use the one at yourminis.com linked to a google calendar ical feed.
