Featuring at least one technical hiccup, resulting in an infuriating four minutes of back-to-back dead air and manic button-pushing, accompanied (background)by screams and gurgles of blind panic and expletives. Guests include a procession of the hungover presenters of our later shows, who, between slurps of coffee, drain-cleaner, valium and paracetomol, try to outdo each other in the potential for wall-to-wall banality in their individual upcoming shows.

10am-12noon
A man who has modelled his appearance on a young Clark Gable by day (Betty Grable by night) reads newspaper articles and bits he found while surfing the internet, all to a background of deliberately obscure Flamenco. Voted by listeners as the best time to nip out and do the shopping.
