Members losing access
I have several members who were active on my forum who now cannot get access, and the password change tool fails to send the email message to the appropriate email address. I am not sure why this happens to only a few users, but it is becoming a problem. In the past I have had many registration issues getting new members into the forum, and now this. I need help getting this resolved, or I will be forced to move my forum to a different service provider.
as part of the email server upgrades, the password reset email is temporarily unavailable. I can reset a member's password, just have them email me at 'chief -at- lefora.com' from the email addressed the signed up with, their username, and their forum name.
