requested new password
Chief.........one of my members on our forum (sweettater) cannot remember her password, she used the send me a new password link a couple days ago and has not been sent anything as of yet. I tried to run her through a couple things (told her to check her email filters and her junk file) and she tried it again a couple times but it did no good. I myself also requested a new password (as a test)for myself just to see how long it would take as I thought maybe she was doing something wrong, but I didnt get anything emailed to me either about re-setting my password or a new one sent to me. My password is fine, I just did it for a test but PLEASE can you help sweettater out on this?? I am going to PM you her email address so you can fix it, either send it to her or to me, she was going to give me her password anyway so I could upload her avatar for her........(she's not computer savvy, if you know what I mean). oooooo thats a toughie. I think that may because Lefora is still having troubles with Emails. I would love to see the answer to this.
On another thread Chief said this feature has been temporarily disabled. He said to get the member to e-mail chief at lefora . com and he'll help.
Sorry, can't find the other thread.
I can reset member's passwords, just have them email me at 'chief -at- lefora.com' with their username and new password.
