new user account problem

What is the address you are using to access your forum (i want to make sure it's not in an iframe), since I see you are logged in here on support.

As I understood, the problem is not at hamarartp´s side, but at the side of his prospective new user.
I suspect security/privacy settings in that user´s browser do not allow the use of cookies. In Firefox, this can be enabled in something like Options/Privacy (I hope - I do not have access to the English version).In IE I am not sure, I guess it is using settings from the Windows´ Internet options.
