I'm not sure if this is a request or if it already exsists, hopefully someone will know. Members of my forum are asking if the forum will be available on Google Reader. Is there a way to subscrive to a feed for my forum???

There are two ways to do this. In the address bar you should see to the RIGHT HAND end an orange symbol, this is the RSS link. Click it and it provides an RSS link to the topic your viewing.

If you want your members to have a selection of topics and other items, there is an RSS widget you can install on your sidebar.

Go to FORUM ADMIN >> APPEARANCE >> SIDEBAR

At the bottom click the arrow next to SELECT A WIDGET TO ADD and select SYNDICATION.

This adds the widget to the bottom of the sidebar. Click and drag it up the list of widgets to the preferred position.

Click SAVE LAYOUT at the bottom and the widget will appear on your sidebar.

Your members can select the items they want and then click the preferred RSS reader (google is there), and that's it.

your members can also just copy your forum address into google reader and it should automatically detect the RSS feed.
