Admin VS Moderator Rights

As far as rights go, what's the difference between admin and moderator rights?

Can moderators view rights, add categories, delete categories, etc?

No, mods can delete, mark as spam, lock or sticky posts. They can't do any of the stuff in the admin panel, or edit their posts past 15 minutes like admins.
