Ability to send multiple PMs to selected members

I think it would be a good idea that admins and mods have the ability to send multiple PMs to selected 'good' or 'active' members.
This would be diff. from the global or mass e-mail feature in that the admin and mods can send special PMs to selected good, active, or trusted members only.

I can't find this on the roadmap http://support.lefora.com/2009/01/22/lefora-roadmap-for-jan-mar-2009/page1/ but I know it's something that is being worked on.
