Missing 'Share It' Bar An One Forum

One of my forums is missing the 'Share It' bar thingy.
Not a big deal, but strange nonetheless.

I've reset the theme but it deffo isn't there. Forums I've created before and after this one have it...
Is it because it is a Private Forum? I noticed when I restored my design Forum to Simple Black recently, the Share bar was not displayed.
