Moving/deleting categories

Guys can no one help me out here?

I think my forum is bugged. It would be nice if I could update it.

It's possible it's part of a current bug around deleting 'empty' categories.  Please try this to see if it works, if not, let us know and we'll investigate.

May 5, Error deleting categories with 0 topics.  However, there is a temporary work-around for this.  1. Create a temporary topic in the category you would like to delete (you can name it 'Temp' and post 'temp' into the text.  2. Delete the Category from your admin panel.  You'll be warned that you must moved any remaining topics.  3. Go to the category where the topic was moved and delete the Topic.

I tried that and it still doesn't work. It just hangs up after I hit save. If you look in the forum I tried this a few days ago and it didn't work either.

we made some changes and hopefully it should work for you now.  If it doesn't, please report back here with exactly what steps you are taking.

If anybody else has this problem, we're trying to understand what is causing it.  So if you post here what steps you took just before it 'broke' that will help us fix this problem permanently.

Am having the exact same problem as Buzzbomb except when I click onto the categories on the forum it is showing a page not found error message.
