Change settings in group by newest reply first

Is it possible to change my forum in it's categories for some of them to have the newest categories listed on top of the subjects posts and go backwards to the oldest at the end and how do I do this in the group and separately in the topics?

I'm also tying to add color in the text and can't find it on the settings or options around?  Thanks.

You cannot change the color of text in a post unfortunately.

pls clarify, there is no way for me as a manager to make it to automatically add members posts on a topic for the lastest response to be at the top of the subject in a topic post and the older ones to follow as some of the topics in my group have this it seems and others don't and i would prefer for the lastest addition to the subject be at the beginning without having to click newer to get there for all of them?  i could see the history easy enough on the forum category but for members to navigate in a topic that could be a pain additional option i was trying to avoid for them.

i wanted to see if i can add different colors to the lettering on any post if there was a command i can insert to be able to do this on occasion or for more of a highlight than bold for a change.

1. The new replies always go to the end. When viewing a post, the reader is directed to the first unread post automatically (except today, because it's broken x10 )
