How do you remove yourself from a forum.

Hi There
Just wondering is it possible to remove myself from a few forums ?
I joined a few when I first started, but I don't post on them...so no point being a member.
Go to "Edit Profile" than click on My Forums and you can leave any forum you are not a Founder of.
