Sidebar Widgets Disappeared

I had two flash widgets on my sidebar and they have disappeared. 
I now have white boxes where they used to be. Please help me figure out
what happened to them. I checked and all my original information is in the 
administrative area.

Can you post the code for them here?

It may be your internet connection. for instance, When im at work our internet conection here blocks most Flash widgets.... Flash anything. For instance, whatever s under the "New Themes for your forum" tab, is just a white box. it may be the same situation for you. a couple of my widgets do that too. but i know its just my internet connection so i dont let it bug me.

Thank you. I will ask another member if they can still see them or not, but I haven't changed my internet service/connection.

They are basically the same application, I just have 2 of them in the sidebar, serving different purposes.

can you try getting the flash code from the website again and embedding into a new custom html widget and see if that helps.

matrixone05, where is the widget from?

widgetserver.com redirects to www.widgetbox.com

matrix, is there another widget from widgetbox that you can test on your forum and make sure it's working correctly, it may be an issue with that specific widget.

I tried to repost and it still is not working. What's odd is that I've had these 2 widgets on my page for several months, at least 6 and they were working fine. I have no idea what happened that they quit working.

I don't know of any other scrolling text widgets. If you have one in mind, I will gladly test it.

ALSO.... I have a thread where I posted animated smileys. They no longer appear either. Now I get a broken pic link.. (don't know what else to call it).. any idea what happened there as well??

The did come from widgetbox.com

we'll look into issues with widgetbox, in the meantime, you could try searching google for 'flash scroller widget' to see if there are alternatives.
