Good question! I would like to know the answer to that one, too.

If you allow guest posting, then yes, a banned member can post in your forum, because they could always 'log out' of Lefora and be treated like a guest.  If you turn off guest posting, then a banned member cannot post in your forum.

I have found this thanks but it wont stay on i update and it keeps changing setting  Is there a way to have both the top two buttons ticked and the bottim on unchecked?

It will only let me do one or the other we used to have both checked before?

Tick all three, then untick the bottom one. However, I've been having guest posters as well with this option.
