Deleted Post Showing Up As Last Post In A Category

Hi, at my forum Saverschoice Forum, there's a deleted post titled Zyrtec Allergy, 24 Hour 10 mg, Tablets - 45 each - Great Deal that shows up as the last post in the Terms Category (At the top of the page).  Originally, the system placed this post in error as a duplicate post in two categories.  I deleted the post in the Terms category but it still shows up as the last post in the category.
 
When you click on the post, it takes you to a page not found.  Can this post be removed so it doesn't show-up at all as the last post in the Terms category?
