I am uploading images there to make the Header good looking but can u tell me the exact
size of the Header to cover all of it with the image?

do u have any idea of a website were i can easily resize the image?
i use the url above. but when i change the height the width automatically changes and vice versa.

I've never used it - I used google to find it.. However, in normal picture editors when resizing then the aspect ratio is maintained to avoid elongating the image. If you want to change this, there is usually a box to untick that says 'Maintain Aspect Ratio' or similar.
There are free image editors out there for download : GIMP and Paint.net spring to mind...
