A 2MB screenshot? No thanks.
Submitting a blank post will break the editor and show you the 'Be Heard' button too. I've never seen it while submitting a normal post however.
is it that big of a pain in the ass to click the link, and click open? not very mod-like of you, jack.
*disappointment*
I'm not on a proper broadband connection, just a mobile thing... it's not the quickest....
any word from chief?
that will happen if it thinks the post is blank. what are you posting when that happens. is it just an image, or is there text in there too?
its happened more and more often. maybe 15 times now in the last 6 days. sometimes its just text. sometimes its just pics. sometimes its both. or video... any combination of the three it has happened. it went from a almost nonsense thing to becoming a pulling my hair out frusteration. I posted something that may have taken up 4 or 5 pages in a word processor just *poof* disappeared. pissssssed. cause i couldnt get it back.
. any other help i can give will be welcomed.
That's just weird. Browser? OS?
is anybody else having this problem?
speak up! this is killing me!
ugh... i give up. i guess ill just have to live with it.
IE 8. and on th other computer IE 7
im also running the Windows 7 OS if that makes a diff
as windows 7 isn't officially released yet, i'm guessing that might be the culprit? I take it you're in their beta program? If that is indeed the culprit, we won't be testing on Windows 7 until closer to the release date (as they are still making changes to it to fix bugs like this). So I'm afraid you'll have to use the current officially supported windows (or try contacting microsoft to learn more about why it's happening and if they can fix it)
its fine. its also happening on IE 7 and IE8. ive learned to live with it.
