Multiple Names per User Account

I run a forum-based RPG where most members have several characters, and it makes things easier if the posts for said character are displayed as coming from that character's name. Since Lefora doesn't allow new user names from the same email account, I now have no way of doing this (and the multiple account logins thing was a pain anyway). I've always wanted a forum whereby multiple display names were tied to a single user account, so that the user could select which display name they want to show in that particular box. Perhaps a widget that has a combo box with a list of attached names on the side of every new post? I dunno, but I think it would be very useful for game boards.
