Email address validation with a confirmation email

Is this function working or are Lefora still working on it,we have had a few dodgy email addresses coming up but if it wasn't for our admin emailing the email address that comes up before we approve and wait for an answer,they would have got onto the forum and caused untold damage!!!
That's still in the works, but as there are tons of free email sites out there, preventing a bogus address is not always the best way to prevent somebody from causing untold damage in your forum. Our spam filter tries to catch most of that behavior. But sometimes membership approval by the admin (as i'm guessing you have) is needed.
