Unable to delete user account?

I am trying to delete my account. I went to Edit Profile>Close Account and entered my password, but it takes me to this page saying Error 500. How come I can't delete my account?

..this is a problem for me too.. I tried next weex but... nothing! ..the only page that I can see is

Seems anyone on my forum can't delete an account either. Two have tried and failed.

This is also true in my case. I have a website that I made a forum for and is no longer needed. I get the same error>>>>

still cant close my account down haven't heard back from any support people.......
