HEADLINES FEATURE NOT WORKING

hi , we lost the headlines feature yesterday...it no longer updates with new posts.  I have no idea how to fix this and would like to know if we are the only ones, if you know how to fix it or if anyone from support has read this.

yes, please try to avoid duplicate posting as it makes the support forum very difficult to manage.  We will delete duplicate posts (leaving this up as a information message for you)
