No new headlines?

Sorry to keep bothering you,and i know it is probably a minor problem.But we have just noticed that posts that we have added yesterday and after are not in the headlines.How long does it take for things to register in the headlines?

the headlines is variable and it also depends on a number of other factors, like the # of replies, the # of views, etc. 

All returning members to your forum are directed away from the headlines page and to the /forum page.

 yes, thank you that is all good to know.  Unfortunately that does not explain why we lost the feature for 2 days.     We have again lost a proper search feature as well.

Still the headlines are not renewing with new posts.Still the same headlines as of 2 days ago.Lots more posts have been added in the mean time,and not showing in headlines.

We'll be redoing the headlines page in the future which should clear up any issues like this (as some forums have them, and some don't).  It may take a few days for the headlines page to update itself in the meantime, sorry for the inconvenience.
