A number of programs that I've signed up with need to verify my form and they provide a verification code (Google, Trade Doubler, etc) to be placed under the header code of the home page.

Is their any way to do this?

those are called captchas and we're not a big fan of captchas (they can be circumvented by computers), we use a different method of trying to detect spammers and automatically apply that to all people joining you forum.

and personally, i find them such an annoyance when i'm trying to sign up to a new service :P  half the time the don't work and require you to enter them in a 2nd time.

Actually just to reiterate - there's absolutely no way of adding Google Analytics verification and tracking code?

I see that you use Google Adsense and I beleive their ads are in javascrypt and like most Google accounts you need to verify your account.

I've read that google Adwords, analytics, etc accounts are well respected and utilize terchnology that's accepted in the the IT industry.

I wish there was a way of setting-up Google Analytics tracking on my forum.  There really isn't a better free stats service that I've used so far.

HTML stat services don't track referring URLS and don't give an accurate picture of who's visiting your site.

we are working on Google Analytics integration within the forum as I speak.  We'll keep everybody updated in the status.

I'm locking this topic because it's gone offtopic of the original subject.
