Trying to Delet or Edit Category

While I love the potential of the new category edit area, It doesn't work.

First I tried to edit a category and the screen flashed as if the requested function had worked but nothing happened.  then I tried to delete a catgeory and the system will not let me delete the category.

It shows up as a blank category in my forum.
