Why Does FAQ indicate 2 topics and only find 1?

Just set up the forum, on the FAQ page it indicates there are 2 topics, mine being the first as admin.  and I can view it.  But I can't find 2 of 2?  Why can't I see the text for what my forum says is a second topic?

it could be that you created a welcome message during forum creation or a topic was created and deleted.  Sometimes, the topic counts may be 1 or 2 off for caching reasons to ensure your forum loads quickly.
