First, thank you for your help with our last problem with regards to imported admins.
I have read up on threads related to group email problems, but they all seem to be from many months before, and so I'm under the impression that others are not currently experiencing this problem. I do not know much about the problem, all I can say is that after trying to send out the group email, from both a normal admin's account and the founder's account, neither email has appeared to anyone on our staff. We believe the email is actually not being sent, as far as we know. We have not heard from any members who have recieved the email.
This is what happens. We paste the text into the email field, and then click the button to send the email. It then tells us something to the effect of 'your email has been sent. It may take a while, so sit back and relax'. We waited for a week, and did not get the email. Yesterday we sent out the email in the same fashion from the founder's account, again with no email being recieved. Is this a known bug, or specific to our forums? Let me know if there is a fix!

I tried to send emails to my members through the group emails in the administration panel,
I am the founder of my group and I received the email without the text I wrote in the email field...
is it normal?? I don't know if my members have received the email I wrote....

I am an administrator and founder. When I send group emails, I receive one also. They were showing up with all text visible. I haven't tried sending one since people here are saying they are showing up with nothing in them. Not sure I want to try and have blank emails sent to everyone.

thanks, we'll have this fixed over the next day or two. It is affecting people who are a member of more than one forum (most admins are, as they are a member of the support forum and their own forum). Sorry for the inconvenience.
