RSS Capability out of lefora

Hi i would like to know if there is already a mechanics that allows Recent Posts from the forum to be Rss'ed out of Lefora forum so I can use it in a blog or send it out to friend feed (at least the first few paragraphs)?

yep, just click on the title of your 'Recent Posts' widget on your sidebar, and the page that loads will have a little orange RSS icon in your address bar (that's the RSS feed of recent posts).

For instance, here's the support forum's feed: http://support.lefora.com/feeds/posts/
