Making Posts more STICKY

I love Lefora.  It's really working well for me there's a feature I'd like.

I would like the ability when inserting a link to be able to make that link open up in a new page when clicked.

I want to keep my members or potential new members on the forum and currently I see no option to have links open in a new window.
