My suggestions

I've been using Lefora for some weeks now and I am pretty happy with my forum: http://gunsnroses.lefora.com/forum/ and VERY happy with Lefora and the service they provide.
That being said there are a few things that I think need to be included to attract and keep members, and here they are in no prioritized order:
1) Addition of Ranks was a welcomed addition. I think it would be even better if badges are incorporated and if the Thumbs are integrated in the rankings so that they do not only reflect the number of posts, but a combination of the quality and quantity of the posts. Perhaps let a Thumb Up count as 10 posts while a Thumb Down detracts 10 posts. Perhaps the admins of each fora could set the value of each Thumb themselves, from 0 (the Ranks only reflect number of posts) up to any wanted value.
2) On the first page of the Forum the admins are listed. Well, not really. Both admins and mods are listed but it only says "admins". some members are wondering why I have som many admins while the turth is that most of them are mods. Why not let it say "admins and mods" or even split it up to "admins:....., mods:......."?
3) My forum is sluggish at times, and it has nothing to do with the third-party widgets I use. My Firefox sometimes crashes too, and it seems to happen when I write posts with lots of embedded YouTube videos.
4) When embedding multiple items the embed "area" remembers the last code so that I have to delete all the last code before inserting new code. This is time-consuming. Ideally this area should be blanked out whenever I want to embed a new item.
5) The Lefora widgets should be more customizable. For instance would I like to decide how many members are listed in the Top Posters widget. Their rank could also be displayed there.
6) I would like to have MUCH more statistics available, at least to the admins. I have made another post on this earlier here: http://support.lefora.com/2009/05/27/improved-statistics/page1/
7) There should be more smilies available to confer more emotions.
8) When using Juice one should be able to have some last post information displayed on the main page.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I've commented below and we're working hard on a number of items, so it's all a matter of prioritization for us, but we do appreciate hearing feedback from admins. As you've seen with the recently released ranks feature, we're in active development and we release features in stages.
1) badges are coming with ranks, we'll be doing more with point systems in the future
2) thanks for that feedback
3) youtube videos are flash. I use firefox and safari on my computer. Firefox does run slower then safari, especially when using a lot of flash.
4) added to our todo list
5) noted, it'll be a while before we make additions to the widgets as we're focused on a few other things.
6) we're working on that
7) that will come in the future
8) we'll be making theme improvements in the future
I am hoping that some of these additions will be optional and not have to be used. I really am not sure I want a points system. I don't want my forum like everyone else's and people fighting over points. I already had my administrator stop the thumbs feature.
