One On Site Forum Reserved for Admins & Mods only

Considering I'm new here, I was wondering if there was a way to set up one or more forums exclusively for admins & moderators, that way our team could just leave quick messages concerning site business that everyone on the leadership committee can just pop in and read for themselves without having to go off site to send e-mails, etc.
